Buying My Work Browsing the website - buying and commissioning To buy the original of any piece (note that sizes given on the Gallery pages are framed sizes, except where indicated), click the button under the image. Some of the pieces are available as signed, limited edition prints (sizes given on the Gallery pages are the dimensions of the actual image on the print).    To buy a print, click the relevant button. When you click a button, the piece you have selected will be added to your online 'shopping basket', which you can view at any time by clicking the button.    If you want to enquire about commissioning something similar to a piece shown, click the button under the image, to email me with your requirements (NO obligation at this stage). And to convert any price to your home currency, click the button under the image. Checkout and payment When you have finished shopping on 1-art-1.com, go to the shopping basket and click the 'checkout' button. You can pay by credit/debit card (Delta/Electron, JCB, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa) or, if you prefer, by cheque. When you click the checkout button, you will be taken to a form (on a secure server), where you enter your email address, name, telephone number, delivery address and credit/debit card details (if appropriate).   Shortly after this, we will be sent an email notifying us of your order and you will receive a confirmation email, giving full details of your order.   We will be notified, via a secure (Thawte-certified) link, of your order, name, address and credit card details and will process your payment using a secure link to our payment processor, which is WorldPay.   If you are paying by cheque, you should print out the 'proforma invoice' in the confirmation email and enclose it with your cheque.   When payment is confirmed (or we receive your cheque), we will dispatch the goods ... and that's it!   (just a note here - the shopping basket software I'm using seems to open windows in whatever size it feels like; occasionally, the checkout form doesn't let you go down to enter the details at the bottom, in which case close that window and click the button here, or on any gallery page, to get to your shopping basket, where you can click 'checkout' again and proceed through to your order) I hope that you enjoy shopping on 1-art-1.com and I look forward to receiving your order. Delivery Once we have received your cheque, we aim to dispatch your goods within one week.   We will email you when we dispatch your goods, with an indication of when you should expect to receive them.   All items are insured during transit, to cover damage or non-delivery.   If your goods are damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately, to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement. For a limited period, we are offering FREE Shipping to the UK and Europe.   Shipping outside the UK and Europe will be quoted to you by return email, when you place your order.   Please note that, in this case, the initial, automatically generated, invoice will NOT show shipping as an extra charge, since we will need to calculate this separately for each order. 100% satisfaction guarantee In the (hopefully!) unlikely event that when you put one of my pictures on your wall, it's not right in some way, you can return it within 60 days (starting from the day on which you receive the goods) for a full refund.   I'm happy if you're happy!
